В краш-тестах EuroNCAP хэтчбек Dacia Sandero показал себя не с лучшей стороны. За защиту взрослых пассажиров при лобовом столкновении машина получила лишь три звезды и 24 балла. При этом
в организации заметили, что центральная консоль при ударе может причинить серьезные травмы коленям и бедрам как водителя, так и пассажира. Вдобавок, у Sandero нет никакой сигнализации о
непристегнутых ремнях безопасности, за которые автомобиль мог бы получить дополнительные три балла. |

ЛОБОВОЙ УДАР :: Although some spot welds had released at the base of the A-pillar, the passenger compartment remained stable during the impact and the dummies' heads made
stable contact with the airbags. Structures in the dashboard presented a risk of injury to the knees and femurs of both the driver and passenger. БОКОВОЙ УДАР :: The Sandero was tested without the side impact/head protecting airbag which is fitted either as standard or as an option and protection of the chest was rated as weak. No pole test was performed. СТОЛКНОВЕНИЕ С ПЕШЕХОДОМ :: Neither the bumper nor the front edge of the bonnet scored any points for the protection offered to pedestrians' legs. The bonnet surface was rated as predominantly poor for the proection offered to the head of both a struck child and an adult. БЕЗОПАСНОСТЬ ПАССАЖИРОВ-ДЕТЕЙ :: The passenger airbag can be deactivated to allow a rearward facing child restraint to be used. However, information provided to the driver regarding the status of the airbag is not sufficiently clear. The label warning of the dangers of using a rearward facing child seat without having first disabled the airbag was unclear and was not permanently attached.
